If a tenant is locked out they would need to call the maintenance line or place a work order through the online tenant portal.  If you do not have access to the tenant portal, you may call (312) 283-5555 and speak to a person to submit a maintenance request. 

Once the request is received, someone with a master key will be on-site to unlock the door.

Outside of our office hours the tenant will be required to pay a $50 fee for the lockout.  During business hours (Monday-Friday, 10AM to 6PM) the building may not charge the lockout fee.   The tenant will have to wait for someone to arrive on-site, the required payment of $50 can be made via cash or via online portal, you will need to provide proof of identification along with payment.
